Neuvision Inc. Outlook Express Setup

Thank you for filling out the email request form.  If you are going to use a pop account the following instruction will help you setup your Outlook/Outlook Express account.

If we are only forwarding your mail to your personal account, you do not need to do the following steps

OUTLOOK EXPRESS

1.  Click on TOOLS and then ACCOUNTS then ADD then MAIL

2.  Follow the basic instructions that Outlook Express gives you for setting up your email address.

• Insert your full real name ie  John Besedic

• Insert the email address you requested on the first page  ie  jbesedic@pappasriverside.com

3.  Type in mail4.internet.com for both incoming and outgoing mail

4.  On the next screen, your user name is the full email address.  After typing in your username type in your password.  (Remember that the password in case sensitive)

5.  Click the FINISH tab.  You are almost done.  The only other thing we have to setup is the way you send out mail.  Since we do not supply clients with dialup/DSL or cable modem accounts, we have to authenticate all out going mail.  The next step configures your mail program to send out mail.

6.  Click on TOOLS and then ACCOUNTS then select the mail account you just created.  Once highlighted click on the PROPERTIES tab.

7.  Now click on the Servers tab

8.  Select and check the box at the bottom of the SERVERS tab "My server requires authentication.  Now click on the SETTINGS tab

9.  Select the button LOG ON USING.   Type in your full email address and password.  Click ok and you are all done.
